West Levee Property Management was started in 2010 by Jon Barnato and Rob Ferko, as a service to their clients. Jon and Rob, in partnership, own a successful real estate firm that specializes in foreclosures and real estate investors. As a result of their success in working with real estate investors, Jon and Rob started a real estate investment company in 2008 that pools investor funds for "flipping" and "buy and holding" of residential properties. West Levee Property Management is a culmination of their effort to provide a full service suite of services for real estate investors in the Greater Sacramento area.

Jon Barnato - Broker/Co-Owner
Jon Barnato has significant real estate and property management experience in working with real estate investors and managing his own rental property as well. Jon brings to West Levee Property Management experience in leadership, management and daily operations of multi-million dollar organizations from political campaigns, to political and investment funds, to highly successful real estate companies. Jon holds a degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
Rob Ferko - Property Manager/Co-Owner
Rob Ferko is a successful Realtor and experienced real estate investor as well. He brings decades of experience in management and overseeing large rehab projects at some of the largest commercial buildings in Sacramento. Rob has significant understanding of residential and commercial property construction as a former home inspector and current real estate investor. Rob holds a Certificate in Construction Management from the University of California at Davis.
Linda Stelter - Leasing Agent
Linda Stelter has over a decade of real estate experience in handling transactions and property management. Linda holds a real estate license and Certificate in Residential Property Management from the Rental Housing Association of Sacramento.
